Mother's Day Mini Session - The Dallings

 I love spring time and all the beautiful colors and lighting it brings. This was my first session of the Mother's Day Mini Sessions. This family was so fun to work with! As you can see, the Dalling women are gorgeous! There's no doubt where these little girls get their amazing eyes from. As I was editing, I kept telling my husband to "come look at this gorgeous family!" MaeLena, you are beautiful inside and out. I am so glad that our paths have crossed and we were able to get to know one another a little bit. I hope you love these as much as I do :-)

Maternity - Lauren and Rob

As I was editing this session, my son turned one. Everyday, it amazes me how time flies. Sometimes, I think to myself, I wish there was a way to hit pause, so I could cuddle with my son just a few second longer, or witness a couple more sentences of him and his Daddy having a babbled conversation. This is why I am a photographer. To capture those indescribable moments, that tell your story. Now, more than ever, I am forever grateful for photographs, to remind me of those tiny, precious details. 

I  was so inspired by this session! The bright spring colors were gorgeous, this couple was simply adorable, and the light was absolutely perfect!  Lauren and Rob, I had so much fun getting to know you. I could tell you are an incredible couple, that will make amazing parents! I am so excited for you to meet your little man, any day now. I look forward to visiting with you some more, while I capture some moments between you and your new love!

Maternity - Shante and Justin

 Shante, you are absolutely stunning! I had so much fun with these two. They were such a sweet and loving couple. I'm so glad that I had the privilege of capturing some moments between the two of them, before their baby girl arrives. With my son's first birthday, right around the corner, editing these pictures had me reflecting back on the last couple months of my pregnancy and the exciting emotions that filled those months. Becoming a Mother is, hands down, the best thing I have ever done! Shante and Justin, I am so excited for you to meet your little girl, and fall head over heels, in love.

Twins - Owen and Oaklee

This was my first experience photographing TWINS! I had so much fun! Through the whole session, I was amazed. I kept thinking to myself how amazing Sara is for carrying two babies to full term. Being a Mother myself, I was nothing but proud of her for being such a great woman! The love that this family has for each other is so sweet and real. My favourite part of being a newborn photographer, is to witness the pure love that parents have for their children. It honestly brings me to tears, just thinking about it. There is nothing sweeter than capturing moments between parents/sibling and these tiny new additions. It was so adorable, to watch little miss Rylee with her new brother and sister. I know I've said it before, but I'm going to say it again, I love my job! Sara and Dallen, thank you for trusting me to capture these incredibly precious moments between you and your three GORGEOUS children.
